Nathan specializes in teaching actors the art of authenticity. Starting his teaching career at the Etobicoke School of the Arts; Nathan taught students in Grades 11 and 12 how to make the transition from theatre to film. Nathan has also taught on-screen classes at Sheridan College and "The Masterclass Series”. Nathan graduated from the Etobicoke School of the Arts where he majored in Musical Theatre. Nathan truly values his years training from the Lewis Baumander Acting Studio in Toronto. Nathan has also trained with Dean Armstrong, Marcia Bennet, Tyler Murree, Mary-Lu Zahalan, and many other well known Toronto film acting coaches. Nathan McLeod has been working professionally in the film/television and theatre industries for over 12 years. Recently working as a series lead in the YTV show “Life with Boys”, other credits include Really Me (FAMILY), The Latest Buzz (FAMILY), Splatalot Celebrity Splatdown (YTV), At Risk (Lifetime), The Good Witch (Hallmark), Kids Town (VIMEO), Breakout Kings (A&E), and performed for 10 months in the Stratford Festival's production of “OLIVER!”. His Directing/Producing credits include over a dozen short films, FAME: The Musical. Disney's The Little Mermaid, Anything Goes, Suesical The Musical and the Upcoming Innovative Musical Theatre production of Footloose and Shrek. Nathan owns Innovative Arts with the strong belief that it will be the starting place of the next generation of great performers.
